Henrik is a leading Nordic networker with expertise in building eXtended Reality (XR), Blockchain, and Gaming ecosystems for local and regional governments. His career spans years of hands-on experience with startups, specializing in funding, sales, business development, and go-to-market strategies, with a deep understanding of scaling businesses for high growth. Currently, Henrik is involved in two EU Horizon projects at Aalto University and serves as Ambassador in Residence at Hanken School of Economics. Previously, he was responsible for ecosystem and business development in XR, Blockchain, and Gaming for the City of Helsinki. With a professional background in sales and venture finance and an academic focus on economics, finance, and entrepreneurship from both Aalto University and Hanken School of Economics, Henrik’s research delves into agency theory, corporate governance, and entrepreneurial finance. Passionate about solving complex problems, Henrik enjoys business development, startups, networking, and emerging technologies such as VR, AI, and IoT.
